Two students kickstart their film production careers through internships with Awesome Films

Two visual and sound media major students were able to immerse themselves in film production through internships with Awesome Films.

Awesome Films, a video production service based in Pittsburgh, PA, has been working with the University for years to create videos about campus life and events.

Students weigh in on SGA and PERIOD menstrual product initiative

The Student Government Association (SGA) announced through an Instagram post on Nov. 2 that it would be working with Seton Hall’s chapter of PERIOD to install free menstrual product dispensers in public bathrooms on campus.

Evelyn Tilelli, a sophomore diplomacy major, said she believes the initiative is a great plan to help students on campus.

Valentino Petrarca becomes first DJ in WSOU history to reach 100-interview milestone

Valentino “Val” Petrarca reached a milestone as he became the first WSOU DJ to reach 100 interviews on Aug. 25, 2021.

Petrarca joined the station as a freshman in Oct. 2018 with the goal of conducting as many interviews as possible, but he said he never imagined reaching 100 during his time at Seton Hall.

“It’s been four years in the making, so it’s surreal to get to this point,” Petrarca said.
